ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative with Kathy Scott State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. A curious nature to understand customer needs, excellent customer service focus & marketing skills to grow the agency, along with a strong desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and communicating the agency value proposition you will partner with us to deliver delightful dealings and grow the business reach in the community.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention & marketing strategies.
- Ensure alignment with Kathy cares culture & elevate customer satisfaction ratings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
