As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathy Scott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kathy Scott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Ready to learn and grow professionally
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
